Quartz is the most common mineral on the face of the Earth and is found in nearly every type of rock. It is also the most diverse in terms of varieties, colors and forms.

     Our chunks of white quartz (also called milky quartz) have caused many customers to exclaim, “It’s a lit snowball!” Wedges are available as matching pairs or singly and are perfect for bookends or other such uses. The tealight hole is drilled deep into the rock thus illumining the entire wedge when lit.

One of the most desirable varieties of quartz, rose quartz is used both as an ornamental stone and a gemstone. Its pink to rose red color is completely unique, unlike any other pink mineral species. Our holders are made from quartz in the light pink range. The gentle pink glow when illumined makes these an all-time favorite.
