Introduction:

PA9T is an original Polyamide Engineering Technology Plastic developed by Keli from raw material monomer. It is a forming material with excellent heat resistance, drug resistance and resistance to repeated friction and sliding resistance.

Its characteristics are as follows:

It provides the same strength and toughness in dry and wet conditions, and maintains effective strength and toughness at higher temperatures than standard nylon. Easy to process - good fluidity, thermal stability and low mold corrosion; high performance nylon with high thermal stability and high lubricity, low water absorption (1%, other common high temperature nylon is more than 2.6%), low warpage, chemical resistance, high dimensional stability material, can reach 94V-0 effect in 0.75mm thickness. The high glass transition temperature (125 ℃) and high crystallinity of PA9T make it have good toughness at high temperature, which is better than PA66 and PA46. The friction resistance and friction coefficient of PA9T are much better than those of other nylon, even POM and LCP. Another excellent performance of PA9T is that it is resistant to chemicals and oil, alcohol, acid and calcium dichloride, hot water and other fluids. It is almost better than all PA, only slightly worse than PPS. The fuel barrier property of PA9T is ten times that of PA6 and PA12, which is close to the level of ETFE (ethylene tetrachloroethylene copolymer). These advantages make PA9T very suitable for automobile hood products. PA9T has glass fiber free and glass fiber (33%, 45%, 50%) and fireproof specifications. It has great development potential for automobile hood, electrical and electronic products.

Performance:

1: Nylon series of resins, low water absorption.

2: The dimensional stability will not change in size and decrease in mechanical strength due to water absorption.

3: High heat resistance, 280 times tin test will not produce bubbles, also suitable for high temperature lead-free solder.

4: Good fluidity, suitable for thin meat forming.

5: Low gas, less than other nylon resin, less easy to pollute and corrode the mold, prolong the use of the mold.

6: The crystallization rate is fast and the cooling time is short.

7: In the high temperature environment, the mechanical strength and rigidity decrease less, the strength of the joint line is good, and the recovery is good.
