PPS plastic modified plastic material is a kind of functional polymer material which is mixed with resin and conductive material and processed by plastic processing method. It is mainly used in electronics, integrated circuit packaging, electromagnetic wave shielding and other fields. The bending modulus of pure PPS can reach 3.8 GPA, while that of inorganic fillers can reach 12.6 GPA and increase by 5 times. The PPO and PC are 2.55 GPA and 2.1 GPA respectively. PPS has excellent creep resistance, high hardness and high wear resistance. The wear of PPS at 1000 rpm is only 0.04 g, and it can be further improved after filling with F4 and molybdenum disulfide. The mechanical properties of PPS are sensitive to temperature. Thermal characteristics: PPS has excellent thermal characteristics, short-term resistance of 260 ° C, can be used for a long time at 200 to 240 ° C. Compared with PI, its heat resistance is only 2 seconds, F4 plastic has few electrical properties in thermosetting plastics: compared with other engineering plastics, PPS plastic has very good electrical properties, relatively low dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent, and small changes in frequency, temperature and temperature range.
