2.3 do not change the screw speed (S0) at this time, participate in the experiment of PPA masterbatch. It is suggested to use a larger increase, such as 1000ppm, so as to achieve the balance of PPA coating quickly and observe the effect. Taking 1000ppm as an example, 98% LLDPE and 2% PPA masterbatch (concentration 5%) are required. After mixing them evenly, participate in the film blowing machine to blow the film. After a period of time, PPA coating is balanced, and the effect can be observed, such as the reduction or disappearance of die deposit and / or shark skin. Record the process parameters at this time and compare with the parameters in 2.2.
2.4 screw speed (S0) can be maintained to reduce the increase of PPA gradually. For example, from 1000ppm to 750ppm to 500ppm In this way, we can confirm the minimum increase of PPA.
